We partner with motivated women who are ready to take control of their health. Whether you’re dealing with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, early heart disease, early dementia, or similar conditions, we provide plant-powered, physician-led health coaching to help you tap into your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.

"Women, especially mothers, are often the gatekeepers of their families' health, guiding them toward wellness or disease.  I am passionate about coaching and educating women to understand that their daily choices impact not only their own health but also the health of future generations, starting with their children. Did you know this is the first generation of children projected not to survive their parents due to poor lifestyle habits causing lifestyle-related chronic diseases?"

I'm Dr. Patrice

 I am a wife, a mother to a teenage son, and a physician with over 20 years of patient care experience. Throughout my years in Family Medicine, I observed a troubling trend: despite the best available medical care, many patients were experiencing poor health outcomes at younger ages. This system of “sick care” felt unsustainable, not only for my patients but also for me as a primary care provider.

I realized that I lacked the tools necessary to guide my patients and myself toward true wellness. Recognizing the need for a change, I pursued an additional certification in Lifestyle Medicine. Using these tools as the foundation of my own life after pregnancy not only helped me to achieve my own health alignment, but also reignited my passion for medicine and transformed my approach to patient care. I was astounded to learn that 80% of chronic health issues and premature deaths are preventable. I knew then that my mission was to empower women to harness their bodies' natural capacity to heal and overcome needless suffering.

Women’s health and personal transformation have always been close to my heart. My goal is to support women in taking less medication, losing weight, lowering blood sugar and blood pressure, improving cardiovascular health, enhancing sleep quality, and reducing inflammation and brain fog.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, singing, participating in Zumba classes, listening to music, and traveling.

Whether you're just starting out, wanting to make the most of your doctor visits, or aiming to optimize your wellness, this membership is designed for you. Enjoy weekly access to a secure, private text thread where you'll receive practical health tips to guide you through the week.

Walk into Wellness Program

This physician-facilitated, 8-week group program meets biweekly via a secure Zoom platform to support your nutrition goals in preventing the effects of “bad genes” and reclaiming the health you deserve. Throughout these eight modules, we help you discover the foods and habits to incorporate into your life, guiding you toward your health goals within a supportive community and a positive atmosphere of accountability.

High Powered Health Program

This program will help you learn to stack simple, practical, positive habits regarding plant-powered nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, meaningful connection, and risky substance avoidance.

By the end of this 6-month program, you will have the clarity and confidence to implement your new healing behaviors, avoid the pitfalls of chronic illness and show up for the life you deserve!
